I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in experience could have been better, but the staff made up for it with their friendliness. The cleanliness of the hotel room could definitely be improved, and the amenities were also lacking. Overall, they have room for improvement, but the staff made my stay enjoyable.

The stay was good all in all. Staff behaviour was very gentle and polite. The view from upper part of the hotel was good.
