I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 4 stars. However, the room itself was disappointing, only deserving a 2-star rating. Despite this, the overall service and amenities were excellent, making it a great experience overall.

The check-in experience at this hotel was satisfactory. The staff were polite and efficient in handling the process. However, they could have been more proactive in providing information about the hotel facilities. Overall, a decent check-in experience.
