The check-in experience at this hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. However, the room could use some improvement as it was not up to the mark. The location of the hotel was disappointing as it was not centrally located.

The checkin experience was absolutely delightful, staff was very cooperative and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, rooms were sparkling and well-maintained. The food was just outstanding, a wide variety of delicious dishes with excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel!
