I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!
I travel on business every month and I’ve been using this hotel for the last three months. The previous two experiences were excellent staff were polite rooms are clean the toilet with all its accessories. A new and I was happy. This time though after booking When I arrived they asked me to buy extra money as they said they had conflict with OYO. I booked my hotel , but they insisted on paying extra when j arrived. I believe this is not a great and ethical practice when they allowed customers to book a hotel at a competitive rate and then charge them extra saying they’re not able to make ends meet. Other than this negative experience every thing else is still excellent. I’m taking away one star for this incident.
