"For a 5-star hotel, I was pleased with the check-in experience, which deserves a solid 4 stars. However, the food and the staff service were just average, earning them a 3-star rating. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel."

The check-in experience was fantastic! The staff was so courteous and efficient. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas were immaculate. Overall, a fabulous stay! Highly recommend this hotel.
