Checkin experience at this hotel was phenomenal! The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free checkin process. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with noticeable dirt and dust. The room itself was average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, this hotel has great potential but needs to improve on the cleanliness aspect.
