During my recent stay at [Hotel Name], I had an unpleasant experience that left me disappointed. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming uninterested in assisting guests. My room was not properly cleaned, with dust on surfaces and an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially in the humid weather. Additionally, the hotel’s amenities did not match what was advertised. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated beforehand, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, disrupting my work schedule. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive to my complaints, offering little effort to resolve these issues. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and facilities. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
