The hotel had great amenities with a variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness could be improved as there were some areas that were not properly cleaned. The check-in experience was disappointing, with a long wait and unhelpful staff. Overall, a pleasant stay but with room for improvement.

The hotel is outstanding! The rooms were not up to the mark, check-in experience was poor and amenities were disappointing, but overall it was a fantastic stay! The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was convenient and the food was exceptional. Definitely recommend this hotel!
