I was initially disappointed with the check-in experience, staff and food. However, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here despite these initial issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The checkin process was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 stars. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with convenient access to nearby attractions, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. However, I was slightly disappointed with the amenities provided, resulting in a 2-star rating. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for its great checkin and excellent location.
