The hotel has good facilities, I give it 3 star. The room was alright, some improvement needed, 3 star. The check-in experience was smooth, 3 star.

The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. However, the staff could have been more attentive and helpful. The amenities provided were satisfactory but could have been better. Overall, it was a decent stay.
