I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, earning it a solid 4 stars. However, the staff could use some improvement as they were not very attentive, resulting in a 2-star rating. On the bright side, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, deserving of a well-deserved 4 stars. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent check-in experience and comfortable rooms.
