The check-in experience was not up to the mark, but the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. However, the amenities provided were outstanding and the manager was very ruid in behaviour he is charging extra cost showing on Oyo app and the geauser was not in room bathroom and the geauser was in common bathroom

The check-in experience was excellent, with a warm welcome and quick process. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the staff lacked professionalism and were unhelpful during my visit. Overall, a great hotel with room for improvement in customer service.
