I gave this hotel 4 stars because despite the average check-in experience, the room and food were also average. The staff was helpful but the process could have been smoother. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The food was tasty and there were a few options to choose from. Overall, a decent stay.

The checkin experience was smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the staff could have been more attentive and proactive in attending to the guests' needs. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.
