I can't believe how awful the check-in experience was at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The food was just as disappointing, with tasteless and overpriced meals. The cleanliness of the rooms was also subpar, with dirty linens and a musty smell. Overall, definitely not worth the 2 stars.
