The check-in experience at this hotel was fantastic, with friendly and efficient staff. However, cleanliness was a major letdown with dirty rooms and bathrooms. On the bright side, the hotel's location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city. Overall, a mixed experience but the location definitely makes up for it.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. Overall, a fantastic stay!
