The check-in experience at this hotel was a disappointment; the staff seemed uninterested and the amenities were lacking. However, despite these downsides, the overall stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend staying here for an enjoyable and relaxing trip.
