"I recently stayed at the Hotel [KVR Residency] and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff, who were always smiling and willing to assist with my requests. However, I did find the bed a bit firm, and the pillows weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for its location and cleanliness."
