I had a phenomenal check-in experience at the hotel. The staff was courteous and efficient, making me feel welcome and valued. However, I was disappointed with the underwhelming food options and the hotel's inconvenient location. Overall, my stay was fantastic due to the exceptional check-in service, but there is room for improvement in the food and location aspects.
