The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, definitely deserving of 4 stars. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. The amenities, however, left something to be desired, hence the 3 star rating. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
