Homestay at its finest Pros: Safe location Near varkala beach- walkable distance Car parking available Correct location available in Google map and app Has both AC and Non AC option Open balcony Very calm atmosphere Very good check in experience Homestay managed by very welcoming and pleasant people Water bottle available at MRP Both couple friendly and also can be used when travelling with family and friends Very clean room - one of cleanest room available in the app AC , TV, Geyser working perfectly Healthy and hygienic rooms and bathroom Kitchen facility and utensils Extra beds available on demand Perfect distance to most of the places- not too close to crowd but easily accessible to both beach and nearby quality resturants Cons : No food available, But we can cook small dishes or make tea in the kitchen facility or you can access restaurants nearby If rooms available from 1000-2000(Highly recommended) Nb: Attached photos taken at time of check out.

The Checkin experience was very great.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff Mr. Rahul. Most friendly and helpful man, lovely and great first impression of Shivananda Home stay. Everything about the home stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were three friends first time visited in Varkala the place is good 20 min away from the beach. Mr Rahul and his family helped us a lot during over stay at shivananda home. I don't know about other peoples but me and our friends loved the stay. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. With my friends or my family. Very very thanks to Oyo also to give us a very beautiful property in varkala
