Staff being friendly and helpful when called for but knowing when to allow guests their own space. Staff being attentive to help when something goes wrong. Even being transparent about the process to sort a problem if something can’t be fixed immediately. Hygiene. Just being able to see a room is clean is a whole lot of comfort to me. I don’t require a large space just a clean one! Having a quiet stay! Usually wherever I'm staying is for sleeping and unwinding. So peace is essential. Of course if staying inner city there are limitations to this that I know staff can’t change. But policies like no noise after 11 pm etc definitely keep the balance in order!
Very good stay in hotel Siddhartha. It's amazing service provided to guest and room cleaning is very good. The hotel staff is very cooperative. The staff have very gentle toward guest. Location for nearby attraction is very much accessible and found great value for money in budgets hotels. Service is very good. You feel like home in Siddhartha hotel. Plus point is service is very nice like 5 star. I enjoyed my trip
