The check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch, smooth and efficient. The room was absolutely fabulous, clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. However, the location could have been better. Overall, a great stay!

I was asked for ₹500 extra when I first reached the hotel I booked earlier. Then after complaining to customer care my booking was shifted to hotel Royal Pal which cost me ₹200 in the transportation.
