Housekeeping needs improvement in terms of quickness. My ordered breakfast came as late as 1-1/2 hours. Most of the staff are quite confused on their basic role on how to serve the customers. As usual a laid back attitude. Rooms were good overall. Need to emphasize more on the cleanliness of the hotel in total.
