I recently stayed at the Chilli Pepper Hotel and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, the food at the restaurant was quite good. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, which made dining there a pleasant experience. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The rooms are quite small, especially considering the price. They felt a bit cramped, which was not ideal for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was average at best; it could have been more welcoming and professional. One of the major inconveniences was the lack of an elevator. We had to use the stairs up to the 4th floor, which was quite tiring and a negative aspect of our experience. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the other aspects of the hotel could use some improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

I must say, the rooms at this hotel are exceptional! They deserve a 5-star rating for sure. The check-in process was also smooth and delightful - 5 stars to that as well. The food was quite satisfying but could've been better, hence I give it a 4-star rating. Overall, a wonderful experience!
