I have given 4 stars to the staff as they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning it a 4-star rating. However, I docked a star for cleanliness as the room could have been tidier. Overall, a great stay.

The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely stellar, earning a solid 5-star rating. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food and cleanliness, receiving only a 2-star rating for both. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent check-in service.
