The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely stellar, earning a solid 5-star rating. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food and cleanliness, receiving only a 2-star rating for both. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent check-in service.

The hotel staff was exceptional, catering to our every need with a warm smile. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, although a bit more attention to detail is required. Overall, a fantastic stay!
