I had a 5-star experience with the check-in process at this hotel. The staff was efficient and made sure I had a smooth arrival. The cleanliness of the room was also top-notch, with everything sparkling and well-maintained. Moreover, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore.
