Overall, I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The food was disappointing, the staff weren't helpful, and the check-in process was a mess. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. So despite the issues, I still had a pleasant stay.

The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The check-in experience was seamless, with friendly and efficient staff. Overall, a fantastic stay!
