This is a good stay in good location. Rooms are large and clean, service is quick and courteous, beds are large and comfy. We stayed for one day and a good night of sleep. Rooms are large size and have wooden flooring.Hot water was easily available in shower. Kettle , iron and iron board, tea and coffee are provided in room. Laundary service is present and rates were ok. A/C could have been more effective. Soap , shower gel and shampoo dispensers are present in washroom Breakfast was nice too with plenty of options for this class of hotel. They have a swimming pool, gym too. So if you are looking for a convenient hotel for a weekend getaway this is good. There are areas of improvement - water in swimming pool was clean but highly clorinated. I also saw some insects so they need to clean it better. There should be a separate shower area for pool goers. infact they can do much more in the pool area. Overall this hotel definitely is worth 4 to 4.5 stars out of 5

We stayed at Heritage Residency this week end as family and we had an amazing time. The kids loved the rooftop pool and the rooms were flea and well maintained. The car parking was near the hotel itself was easily accessible and the staff were helpful and informative. The food was delicious and we had a great stay. I highly recommend Heritage Residency for your stay in Madurai
