The check-in experience was absolutely fantastic! I was greeted with warmth and efficiency, making me feel valued as a guest. However, the food was disappointing, lacking flavor and variety. The staff, although friendly, seemed undertrained and unresponsive at times. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in terms of check-in, but improvements are needed in the areas of food quality and staff efficiency.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The check-in experience was seamless and efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience!
