The check-in experience was absolutely fantastic! I was greeted with warmth and efficiency, making me feel valued as a guest. However, the food was disappointing, lacking flavor and variety. The staff, although friendly, seemed undertrained and unresponsive at times. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in terms of check-in, but improvements are needed in the areas of food quality and staff efficiency.

I give a 5 star rating to the staff as they were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience!
