I really loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, everything sparkled and was well-maintained. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The only thing that could be improved is the location, it was not very convenient. Overall, a great experience!

The room provided was not satisfactory with dirty linens and uncomfortable bed. The staff was unhelpful and rude, offering no assistance throughout my stay. Check-in was a nightmare with long queues and no efficiency. Overall, a disappointing experience.
