Hotel location was awesome but full of insects staff 1st it self asks for service charge staff is not available nd they will avoid our calls full of bedbugs room is good but washroom is dirty no maintenance water leak over all hotel nd safety is good but staff is iresponsible

The check-in experience was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and welcoming. The amenities provided were excellent, catering to all our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience!
