The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The checkin experience was smooth and efficient. However, the food could have been better in terms of taste and variety. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and seamless checkin process.
