I booked a room through Booking.com for ₹1983, and my booking was confirmed. However, I received a message from OYO stating that I needed to pay ₹2288.61 to confirm the booking, which was higher than the original rate. Despite questioning the rate change, I was told I could pay at the front desk. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the promised facilities like a TV, hot water, kettle, and wardrobe. However, the booking experience was frustrating due to the unexpected rate change and lack of clear communication. While I appreciate the room's quality and cleanliness, the booking process needs significant improvement. I would recommend the property for its amenities but advise others to double-check the rates before finalizing their booking.
