The checkin experience, staff and food at the hotel were all exceptionally bad. I would never want to visit such a terrible place again. Avoid at all costs! They asked us to cancel the booking and said room is not available.

Hotel is located at an excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. Overall, a delightful stay!
