The check-in experience was absolutely top-notch! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the process a breeze. The room was also fantastic, spacious, and comfortable. However, the amenities were quite disappointing, with limited options available. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in terms of amenities.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering breathtaking views. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, the staff seemed a bit indifferent and could use some improvement in their customer service skills. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
