The checkin experience was disappointing and the food and room both left a lot to be desired. However, aside from these flaws, the hotel provided an excellent stay with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great location. Would highly recommend despite the initial hiccups.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The food here is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The check-in experience was seamless and quick. Overall, a perfect 5-star rating!
