Overall, the hotel experience was satisfactory. The check-in experience could have been improved as it took longer than expected. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms could have been better. The amenities provided were not up to the mark. However, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The check-in experience, location, and staff of this hotel all deserve a 5-star rating! The process was smooth, the location is ideal, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
