Checkin experience was smooth and efficient, deserving of a 4-star rating. Staff were helpful, although their service could have been more prompt, hence a 3-star rating. Cleanliness could be improved as there were some noticeable areas that needed attention, warranting a 2-star rating. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The check-in experience at this hotel was mediocre, while the room fell short of expectations. However, the overall stay was pleasant due to the exceptional service and amenities. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and great location.
