The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, deserving a perfect 5 stars. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, with a few minor areas needing attention, hence a 4-star rating. Overall, a pleasant stay!
