The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The food was delicious with a variety of options. The check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I have booked the room. i have reached there for check-in they have asked me to pay rs. 500- extra saying that mm t booking is low and can't consider it, without any option i have paid 500 extra and done check-in. But the room was very dirty i found a bunch of hairs of last guest all around my bed and pillow, when i have e requested for a change of pillow cover and bed sheet, they have exchanged my quilt cover with a damaged one. Also the towel and bed spreads found too many diets, overall all they're focus is only on making money not on guest service. My worst booking ever made
