The hotel is located in a very good area for sightseeing and exploring the city. The checkin process was smooth and efficient. However, the food was disappointing and needs improvement. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay! 5 stars all around!
