The check-in experience was top-notch, a smooth process ensuring convenience. However, the food didn't live up to expectations, lacking taste and variety. The staff, on the other hand, was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Overall, a great stay thanks to the efficient staff and hassle-free check-in.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The check-in experience was smooth and quick, which was a relief after a long journey. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall, it was a great stay.
