The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, although there were some instances where their service could have been improved. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better, as there were a few areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. The check-in experience was average, with no major issues, but it could have been smoother. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel.
