The checkin experience was average, took longer than expected. However, the hotel's location was excellent, close to major attractions. The staff needs improvement, they were not very helpful. Overall, the hotel's location compensated for the lackluster checkin and staff experience.

The checkin experience was excellent, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended
