Checkin experience was a disaster, took forever and staff was unhelpful. However, cleanliness was top-notch, room was spotless. The food was absolutely amazing, delicious and a wide variety to choose from. Overall, despite the checkin process, our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and seamless. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars.
