The check-in experience was smooth as silk, the room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch! Such a fantastic stay at this 5-star hotel! Highly recommended!

The check-in experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. It took forever to get our room keys and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The room itself was also underwhelming, with outdated decor and uncomfortable beds. The amenities were not up to par either, with limited options and poor maintenance. Overall, not the best experience for a 4-star hotel. They provide me the room where AC remote was not working and there was no tv
