The checkin experience was absolutely top-notch, a 5-star treatment! The amenities were great, although they could have been a bit better for a perfect 5-star rating. The cleanliness was good, but it could have been improved to match the overall excellent standards of this hotel. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic stay overall!

The checkin experience was a bit disappointing as it took longer than expected. The staff didn't seem very welcoming or helpful. However, the room was decent and comfortable. Overall, an average stay at the hotel.
