Good experience
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The AC and fan worked great too. We had a big balcony with beautiful views. We choose the option with breakfast included, which they provided from the restaurant next door, it was a very delicious traditional breakfast. There was also a pure veg restaurant underneath that was superb. You can get a local bus to Munnar from 2 min up the road that takes about 30/40min. The staff were very nice and helpful. A big thanks to Albin for helping us during our stay. However upon arrival we were told that this was not the place we had booked to stay. They said that we would be staying in a different hotel from the same company nearby due to us being foreigners. No one had told us this beforehand and the address provided is the one for this location, so we were a bit surprised. We were only allowed to stay here as the other place was already fully booked.
