My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, deserving a solid 5-star rating. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing, receiving only 2 stars. The staff, unfortunately, didn't meet my expectations either, also earning a 2-star rating. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say it was an amazing experience. The amenities were top-notch and definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, a fantastic stay!
