The check-in experience at the hotel was satisfactory. The staff was efficient and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless. However, the amenities provided were disappointing and lacked variety. Despite that, I would still rate my overall experience at the hotel as 5 stars due to the excellent service and cleanliness.
